Against the Grain will most likely bring Bo and Luke, their imperial smoked stout aged in PvW barrels. For those of you that haven't had a chance to try it yet, I highly recommend. It's amazing.

Where can one find what each brewery is bringing? Is CW coming (with 1414)?

There will be no listing posted prior to tomorrow. Individual breweries have been leaking their tap listing throughout the week. When you enter the event tomorrow, you'll get a program with a complete listing.

Central Waters will be at the Festival tomorrow, per a call into their tap room approximately 30 seconds ago.

My suggestion is hang with friends (or post your height and weight here and find new ones) and diversify your tastings so you can get small sips/smells of lots of stuff and figure out what you absolutely have to use a ticket on.

OR, you can do what I did in 2010 and go with a friend who has a press pass and unlimited tastings. As they would announce each category winner he would run to their table and get a pour. It was amazing. Unfortunately, no press pass this year, but its not a terrible strategy to hold back tickets/buy more and wait until winners are announced. Some may be kicked, but some may still be available (most were still available in 2010 and unfortunately I couldn't get an entry ticket last year).

6' 0", white male, 160lbs, patchy beard. It will be the equivalent of finding waldo in the picture of the imposter waldo's.

Will I be able to bring in a backpack with the following items? 2 bottles from a trade, water and snacks? I won't have a car to put the bottles in, using public transportation. Thanks!

No. They did not allow outside alcoholic beverages to be brought in last year, and there has been no indication of a change to that policy.

Pete Crowley confirmed with me that outside food is not permitted. There will be food vendors on site.

ok, since we're in the first-timer's Q&A portion of the thread:

tasting glasses - can I assume you receive one when you enter the event?

Yes.The glass will have the FoBAB logo on it, etc.

Protip - if Three Floyds has a brew that tastes like Black Licorice, and you don't happen to like Black Licorice in liquid form, DO NOT FILL YOUR GLASS WITH THIS BREW. The smell will linger on your glass for the remainder of the event.
