    Thanks to a corporate discount, three of us will be splitting a room at the Trump Hotel on the river for $230. We'll be living large!

    It was posted on the ICBG official Facebook thread a week ago. They secured a discounted room rate at the South Loop Hotel for FOBAB attendees. I believe I got a $199 room for 139/night and its 2.0 miles to Skyline Loft with free parking.

    Call to see if they still have have rooms. And I'm glad to hear the neighborhood is fine :-)

    A hidden gem that I assume will have beer flowing all day without fear of running out. Had Moustache Ride Red at the Great Taste 2012 and I was blown away. Tried a lot of Flat 12 offerings while waiting in line for / mingling around Goose Island and I was impressed by nearly all of them.

    I went there earlier this year for mash tun fest and there was free parking. there was two big parking lots. One fence in and one not. More than enough room.

    Anyone else a little irked that it's less than 2 weeks out and we haven't even seen a preliminary brewery list? I get that this festival is all about the surprise of finding out what you'll be drinking when you're handed the pamphlet in line, but this just reeks of them being unorganized to me.

    It's been a few years (maybe a couple) since we've even seen a brewers list, no?

    The beers are all submitted. Have been for awhile. Not a priority to release that info.. especially since beers often get added late or some don't show.

    I dont specifically remember last year, but I thought my first two years we saw a list before going in and they just made adjustments to it after the initial lineup announcement. I could be wrong, it might be awhile since they've done it, I was just hoping the new submission rule and venue wasnt getting in the way of them putting on another great fest.

    I wouldn't worry bro, if ONLY goose island shows up and ONLY FOBAB specials of BCBS are there its going to be a sick festival. That being said I'm sure there will be more than just that and we can all drink to our hearts desire :slight_smile:

    I joined RB last year just to see the posts of what was being brought for FOBAB, and I remember there being a lot more posting there for some reason than BA. Just tried doing a quick search but couldn't find anything, also I am not familiar navigating RB because I never am on there so that doesn't help.
