I once opened a beer that had all three it blew my mind at the amount of work that needed to package these things. If I recall it was some Honey Ale from Belgium in a Champagne bottle. It was corked, capped and waxed. It was funny when I took the cap off and tried to pour and nothing came out. What type of Belgian sorcery was this?! Albeit a higher cost, I wonder what the effectiveness doing all three would have on a beer in the very very long run.
