    Only if they post the bars and restaurants it will be at. Personally, I would hunt it down at a restaurant before a bar, just to hopefully avoid the mad dash and mobs.

    Keep in mind this is only restaurants and bars. So people driving all over town buying multiple six packs wont be a factor. And odds are it'll be a one bottle limit at said establishments, so Ide imagine it be tough to avoid getting a taste of this.

    I'll put it this way, I'm not going way out of my way for it. If I can score a bottle and a good dinner with the family then bonus.

    60 bbl * 31 gallons/bbl * 128 oz/gal * 1 btl/12 oz is almost 20k bottles. Unless any major beer bar in the greater Houston area is out of your way, you'll try this beer. And when we've all had a taste, then we can resume cursing St. Arnold for not letting us hoard our cases.

    You started this thread and just keeping talking about how you're not going to get any. Maybe if someone is nice, they'll buy a bottle and send it your way, then the baby will get his bottle :wink:

    I am sure most bars will require on-site consumption, so good luck getting any sealed bottles out. I guess some bar owners and Saint Arnolds people will get to take some home, but I will be happy to find a bottle to try it. Hoping it is expensive enough to keep casual beer drinkers from trying it!

    Actually, everyone is making a bigger deal out of it then I am. I don't get butt hurt if I miss a release or whatever. It's just beer. I started this thread just to help folks out. Take it for what it's worth.

    I am guessing that Saint Arnold wants bars to sell limited bottles for on-site consumption. If people could just drive around and pick up bottles to go, why not just distribute it to stores?

    I've bought DR's in the past at special releases at bars and asked for the top left on and no one said anything when I walked out with it. I guess people just like me?
