I just made the trek this week from Denver. It’s a pretty easy drive if that makes any difference. Cool tap room and right coast pizza a few blocks away has some good slices.

Went to Weldwerks on Friday and was not disappointed.

    Marshmello Medianoche was really tasty.
Fake Item box was a good session, Item Box was bangin'.
Banana Bunch was 'aight. Cookie Dough stout is exactly what you want in a cookie-dough flavored stout. Double Peach Milkshake was fire. Peach Pie Berliner was money. So yeah, it was a great weekend to hit up WW.

I agree with you 100% on the mello, fake item, and milkshake. Comparing this peach double MS to the last tired hands peach double MS Weldwerks is the clear winner with much more peach. Cookie dough was just OK IMO, but I missed the berliner and the item box.

More IPA's for ya @Streetkid being released this Friday if you decide to go. Starman and Extra Extra Juicy Bits will be taproom exclusives. Typical WW, never giving the opportunity to drink anyone else's beer.

Thanks man, really excited to try their stuff. Unfortunately I fly out this Monday, hope some of the goods are still available to go. In any case I'll be there at some point to try them out. Thanks all for the tips, I'm following them and several other breweries and bottle shops on insta.

Pretty sure the most recent stuff back to Item Box will be available, looks like they finally ran out of Spiny Shell and Double Peach.

Anyone have any issues with triple red shell and a lack of carbonation?

Though they do still have both on tap. Had a great night tonight in Greeley, definitely play some cornhole if that's your thing at Wiley Roots and grab pizza at Right Coast. Brix Taphouse is really awesome too, alot of tap handles

Picked up the Double Peach Milkshake IPA. This was my first foray into milkshake IPAs and there was noticeable peach puree chunks / "pulp" throughout.

Is this normal? Still tasted good, just looked a little offputting.

I can't keep up with all of these beers and IMO they're starting to head into DBC's original "stupid but fun" territory.

Well, they did pledge to brew 100 new beers in 2018. They are just trying to keep their promise.

And yeah, they just finished up with the Mario Kart series. Green Shell, Spiny Shell, Triple Red Shell, Fake Item Box, Item Box, and Starman.

As far as the peach milkshake goes, I had 2 cans that were perfectly blended but I've seen 2 reports of people with chunky cans... I think you may want to (gently) shake them up about 15 minutes before consumption, put 'em back in the fridge. They are delicious when completely blended.

    I had one last night.
My wife looked at it and said what the fuck is wrong with your beer, like is that okay to drink.
All but one of mine went clear on top, chunks on bottom. I couldn't get through them and tried real hard. The first one was soooooo good.

Makes wish I would have listened to myself and just bought regular ass Juicy Bits which is their best beer by far.

I drink IPAs and Lagers and stuff cause I dont want to have instructions for a beer. Thats why I gave up on Lambic and Sours and stuff.

If I have to do any thing other than pour it in the glass, I'm done.

So, no lambics or bottle conditioned beer for you then?

He just has to stop pouring a touch early with bottle conditioned beers.

True that is easier. Yeah it's a PITA that this happened- I was just trying to suggest a way to get it back to where it was before. Great beer, when mixed.
