Mad props to @Tarheel4985 and the rest of the WW staff and volunteers for a successful/smooth weekend of beer releases at the taproom and a very well run and very well organized Invitational. If you decide to do another Invitational next year I honestly don’t think I would change anything. Even the longest lines for certain breweries moved very quick and there was still some incredible beers left at the end of the fest. Water stations were plentiful and never empty. Venue size was perfect and it seems the right amount of tix were sold. It seemed a little crowded for the first 45-60 mins but after everyone got the beers they really wanted, everything seemed to chill out a little bit and lines weren’t as crazy. Great job WW staff and volunteers!!

I’m planning a Colorado trip and want to make my first trip to WW. I’m hoping to pick up some cans but can’t find anything about sales. Are they usually availabile at the taproom or are they released on certain days?

Thanks for any advice as a nube.

This year, can releases have been on Fridays. Depending on what is released, it may be gone that weekend or it may last a week or two, but I would say most cans have been lasting at least a couple days lately.

Thanks! Sorry about the duplication. I started reading at page 1, which I guess doesn’t make sense.

That’s great info. How do the typically announce? Social media or email? Didn’t see much on their twitter.

Instagram is usually the best way to find out, in my experience. Generally announcements are on Wednesdays? But it can definitely vary a bit. Unless there is an achromatic or something, can releases are usually pretty chill, so you don't have to worry about a Treehouse scenario or anything.

Good to know. Thanks for the help. I am thinking of bringing some Dancing Gnome cans to share / trade. I’ll post in the ISO forum but can post dates here if anyone is around and interested.

If you were a real Yinzer, you’d already have the Ying in the fridge. I’m heading back next month to restock, but I’m certainly drinking far less will all the Amazing Colorado Lagers that abound.

Anyone know if the StoneFruit BerlinerWeisse from this past weekend was limited release and if it is sold out? I am in Pittsburgh but really wanted to try some, trying to find someone to get some to me. Not sure if it's worth having those not local to Greeley look at their liquor stores, though, or if they even have any left for someone to pick up for me. I can't get anyone there until Friday.

Weldwerks does a great job of keeping their to-go options updated on Untappd. Looks like it is still available, as of now.

Great! Thank you! Now I need to find someone willing to buy it for me, ship it, and either trade or take PayPal for the costs.

It really needs to be distributed here.

I only bring out suitcases of cans. They seem to travel the best and the taste seems to hold up the best. For me, Cans replaced bottles several years back. Let me know if you need me to get you some cans. I’m just up in Boulder and Fresh Ying in the summer is the way to go.
