Outside for line consumption is highly illegal with Colorado Liquor laws. Jester King is unique in that regard due to the size and scope of their property. It would be illegal for them to set up the taps anywhere not within the brewery/patio as well.

I def agree with the bolded, but there are a lot of holes in the other arguments, unfortunately. Like mentioned, special permits are required for outside taps making it an "event" (like what Bottle Logic just did for FO b4).

Multiple lines (cash/credit/bottles/cans) are also incredibly complicated to manage when it's a limited release. Number of allocations vs speed of line movement means people with cash will end up getting the allocations of people ahead of them because that line will move so much faster. It's gotta be all or nothing.

Does Weldworks typically have to-go options throughout the week at this point? I've checked the to-go list a few times recently and they list so many options its hard to believe.

I've had good luck with the untapped menu list, even during the week, it's pretty accurate. You can always call, too.

    Cheers!

Believe it. The Untappd list is very accurate.

Flying in from Chicago tomorrow... if we’re there by say... 2:30 do we have a shot at all new releases? Sorry to be ‘that’ guy... Thanks!

Pretty much 100% yeah. Unless it's a Noche or similar bottle release, you're almost always good through the weekend at least. The Casey collab IPAs and a few other collabs have sold out pretty quickly, but I don't see that happening this weekend.

You probably have a shot at last weeks releases. And 2 weeks ago. And whatever random Achromatic bottle they have as well- probably Mexican.

Careful, apparently Chicagos beer scene is going to leave you disappointed in the CO scene.

For what it's worth, I like that fresh cans of Juicy Bits seems to be pretty ready available in Denver these days. I roll my eyes at the 100 beers thing, but I'm all over Juicy Bits that was canned 10 days ago.

Don't leave there without getting a 4 pack of Hop the Mainsail. Absolutely incredible right now.

Someone's just feeling a little insecure about CO beer this morning haha. Enjoy the Weldwerks run!

Anyone here interested in CA beers? I spent some time in CO last month and fell in love with their beers. I brought back some Juicy Bits and Pina, but didn't have room for much else and they have since release 20 new beers I would love to try.

Looking to setup regular trades for CA stuff if anyone is interested.

Head's up to anyone in the Springs, looks like some kegs are making their way south. Trail's End and Colorado Craft have already announced they are getting some, and would expect more tappings to be announced shortly. Haven't seen which specific beers will be tapped but something to keep an eye on.

We've actually had a few can crops down here over the past few months so not totally new, but exciting nonetheless, especially if we see some of the more limited runs.
