Driving from O'hare airport to Joliet on Tuesday, what is a must stop brewery for lunch and some great beers?

Most of the breweries in that stretch are taprooms with no food.

More Brewing is along the way though, and they have good food. The are known for their hazy IPAs and adjunct stouts, on other styles they are just so-so.

Joliet is only known for two things...and I have no idea what those two things are...

Taphouse Grill in downtown Plainfield has good food and a decent taplist.

Chicago Street Pub in Joliet usually has a decent tap list. And for curiosity sake, I just checked and according to their website which was updated today, Bourbon County Reserve '17 is on draft. $7.50 for a 10 oz pour :astonished:
