OHB Lindley Park Release

I heard there was still 4-5 cases left, might still be there tomorrow morning. That's a lot of cases moved pretty damn fast, I was getting BM's from a good bit of out of state trade partners for it. LP is really great stuff. Never had it on tap, I'll be looking for it instead of cracking open a bottle.

Just finished up two Lindley Parks with burgers and family (10 people, kids and dogs) and am glad to report only minor squabbles. The beer is a big boy, heady, with strong barrel notes everywhere. A great dark beer for sipping, with raspberry as a nice leavening agent against the power. I think this particular beer could really last for many years and still be powerful. Drink with care, causes moments of truth. Cheers.

 

LOL, Roger said it was a stellar batch and it's his baby. Have to find this one on tap somewhere. I have those moments with BCBS, one minute I'd slowly sipping then it's 3 am and I'm asleep on the couch. Kudo's to OHB and Foothills for maintaining sane ABV limits without losing flavor.

 

What is your social media outlet for showing your tap list? Every now and again I see something on Twitter. I would come by more frequently if I knew what was on tap and I suspect others would as well.

 

I'd 2nd that not being from Greensboro too, wish more places had an up to date on tap list easily viewable on line.

 

it should be at Beer Study in Chapel Hill this week. I went in there saturday and asked about it, hes getting it on tap as well.

I talked to Leif today, and he said my TW (S. Durham) should be getting it this week.

 

Anyone know where to find Lindley tomorrow?? Girlfriend heading through Durham and Greensboro on her way to Charlotte for work. Was hoping to have her grab a few. Anyone help a guy out?

 

not gonna be avail in RDU area tomorrow. actually i only think it will be avail in Hickory and not GSO either.

tomorrow i think yes (and 2 bottle shops in hickory too) but later this week it will be avail other places.

Call Sams it has to be in the building by now, Bestway gets first release, and I assume PDQ in other areas.

 

Pretty sure City Bev and Stella Brew in Winston has some. Just have to ask.
