I visited Ohio last summer and fell in love with the beer. I tried as many as I could in a week. My favorites were Great Lakes Dortmunder Gold (had it on draft at an Indians game and it blew me away) and Jackie O's Mystic Mama.

There are ZERO Ohio beers distributed where I live. I need more time there to try more!

I will say the first two that came to mind which was ju ju and chill wave. For a ba it is wulver is the first they came to mind.

I could never get on the head hunter bandwagon and I keeep trying.

I guess a honerble mention would be el lupo libre

 

Uh.... Plead The 5th, and not the Dark Horse beer.

There's too many good ones for me to choose one. If I had to drink any one beer though, I'd want more of the Anastasia with Cherries that Jay made for his housewarming party. It was out of this world.

 

Hop Juju is my favorite beer from any state, after that there are a ton of great Ohio made beers. I could post long lists from Fat Head's, Jackie O's, JAFB, Columbus, Great Lakes, Rhinegeist, etc.

 

I always say that Ohio is right up there with Michigan and California. Damn good beers...

Mmmmm...Blue Melvin. My wife and I both love that stuff.

I heard a rumor that they are working on a Melvin with a different fruit.

Market Garden's Pearl Street Wheat.
Jackie O's Mystic Mama
Willoughby Brewing Peanut Butter Cup Porter & Cosmic IPA

Wow, that would be awesome. I regret not stocking up on bottles when it was released. Very underrated brewery.
