Ohio - Cantillon

    Yeah, I've been to Both 3F and Cantillon several times (plus De Cam, Hanssens, and God knows how many cafés specializing in others). I love most of them, but in my opinion 3F is the upper echelon of gueuze while Cantillon is the king of fruited lambics. I also find that with age Cantillon can get much more sour while 3F gets sublime.

    I would think 3F would be a bit better at gueuze since it involves blending, which Armand seems to have down to a science.
