The Weasel is a quite large, nice place and they will start serving pizza cooked in an oven. I think the bartender said they start Saturday and it might be a wood burning oven. That will be a nice step up from cardboard frozen pizza they currently serve. I even wore my Colorado Boy Brewing t-shirt to visit the Z'ville "Boy" brewery! Chears, Roger

As far as I know "Black Squirrel Brewery" is just a contract brewing operation that quite frankly doesn't look that promising to my eyes. Though, I'm biased against them because I wanted to open a brewery called Black Squirrel.
