    i am going to be working about a hour and half from jackie o's next week. Do they only sell bottles at special releases??? Also, do they sell growlers? thanks

    Correct, they don't typically have bottles outside of release days. They do sell growlers. Next week is Ohio Brew Week in Athens, so check the website to see what events you might want to hit!

    Didn't brew week kick off today? Not sure when Brad plans to put his stuff on draught...or if a staggered rollout throughout the week.

    Staggered, 14 different brews on right now. Raspberry Berliner is tasting great, just tapped 15 min ago.

    Last year the tap list was amazing on the last day. Growlers are only allowed for certain beers though.

    BAH! With how awesome the regular Beliner was the last time I was down there, I'm even more pissed about not being able to come down this weekend! Have a good OBW!

    The Berliner was delicious, but for me the tastiest tap was New Growth IPA. Made with blue spruce and lemon balm, with citrusy hops shining over those flavors.

    will be coming down on friday hoping that the berliner would be back on tap. Also, going to do the jackie o's beer tasting at noon and then wondering around to other bars. any others beers that are down there that i should seek out.

    I will be down in athens Saturday around noon and look to find me at the Buckeye Lake Brewery tent from 2-6pm and Jackie O's later that night

    Fellow BA billbarak and I will be at Jackie O's tomorrow (Thursday) starting around 1. We should be there all afternoon and evening. If anyone's around, come find us! I'll either have a Head Hunter or Hoppin' Frog shirt on.
