The joke I posted in an Ohio facebook group was that Kasich will probably hear that craft supporters were mostly Trump and Sanders voters and veto it as revenge, lol.

Beyond that, it'll be interesting to see what the Ohio Department of Commerce will do with the "mandatory high alcohol labeling". Will wholesalers have to apply to every bottle? package? case? or is it the store's responsibility? I could also imagine that the state will make it a cash grab and sell the mandatory stickers that have to be bought from the state, after all, look at how they run the liquor stores.

So nice that we'll be able to get some BCBS, 120 min, etc. Even better that our breweries can now make some higher end stuff without worrying about a cap. I'm just as excited to see what Jackie O's and Great Lakes can do. My beer buyer at work is just afraid of getting flooded with AB InBev's 12%+ malt beverages

This is huge for Ohio. I work in a bottle shop and can't wait to see what will start to come in. This is also big for all of the local cincy breweries that are starting to get into the barrel aged stuff.
