I never knew they did either... I guess they do on this one though
So, Chase, when is Prairie Hop hittin' stores?
It's sitting on dry hops as we speak. Should get it in to bottles in about a week. I'll ship it on the 11th.
I also am a huge fan & the label
art for Prairie Standard
& Noir is even sezzier
Colin has done a great job with the Art. I just tell him the beer style and he gets to work.
Very nice, the font motif is pretty killer as well.
Which of these do we plan on seeing in 12 oz bottles? The Standard or the Hop?
Very excited to have a new local session.
Standard will be in 12oz. It should be just as hoppy as Hop, just half as bitter, and about 3% lower ABV. It's very light, and very hoppy.
Anyone know if choc is still putting their Dubbel in 4-packs? I know it was posted a longgg time ago but I haven't heard anything since a few months ago.
Sorry, Texas is so big, we can't help but clog up the forum.
JP Noel De Calabaza is pretty great for this weather that's creeping in.
I like the oak treatment they achieved quite a bit.
I noticed Fantome Hiver at the store, is this soon to be a regular thing? The Fantome, I mean?
Prairie Artisan Ales has been added to BA.
El Cu Cuy is drinking great right now!
Who else is stoked for TROAIS aged in these barrels:
It isn't elijah craig?
I heard Elijah craig 12 yr barrels
I wouldn't know one whiskey from another, but I am sure hoping that the sourness is gone.
Oh okay, I heard that it was Evan Williams barrels.
I've never had Elijah Craig, but I as long as the base beer is great, who cares.
What I meant by that, is Coop could rack that beer
into whatever barrel they want, & I'd be completely
down to buy it every single year.
On that note, has anyone seen any 2011 TROAIS still around?
Freemans had some for a minute, but it's gone now.
Does anyone know if the Tulsa Mcnellies is still tapping a new firkin of cask ale on Thursdays?
We still have quiet a bit left here in Lawton I believe.
buy it all and bring it up here for our BIF haha. I only have one bottle left.
What's a good beer store in lawton?
Cache Road Liquor is the best one. You are talking about last years TROIS that was aged in JD barrels right?
Yessir...if any stores still had 2010 Templeton Rye Barrel,
then I'd be sprinting to my car right now.
Haha unfortunately none of that left but I'm pretty sure their is still some of the 2011 left. Also plenty of Redbud cuvée 3 and 4. Maybe even some Coop BA Barleywine as well.
Ok so did some checking and Lawton is all out of TROiS now too, but everything else I mentioned is still available!
No cuvee 2?
If there is any Cuvée 2 it has to be just a bottle or two now.
If you are any, grab em for me! Love that beer
I'd be interested in how the 3 is holding up.
Crazy that stores have beer that sits around that long.....
I am amazed by what I find at smaller stores in OK.
Any cuvee three or four on the shelf down there Will?
No three(In Oklahoma city-Theres a spot that may have some based on what Ive heard about the shop, I still need to get over there), I should be able to find some four though. You interested?
Freeman's still has some 2007 old stock ales and they move a lot of beer.
prize old ale*
Anyone planning on heading up to tulsa next friday for the biergarten thing? Think I might bother with the drive.
