Wachusett.....fresh Larry is great, everything else i had is just ok.

Southern Tier.....i still like Pumking once and a while in the fall but other than that, all the beers are either muddled, overdone or just mediocre

i'm sure there are others but i cant think of any right now

You havent tried any of the scratch series then. Some of those beers are incredible. Perpual IPA is good too. I disagree, Troegs makes a bunch of great brews.

Have you tried their Imperial Pumpkin? I think it ranks highly among the top of the crop.

Epic (the Utah one). Love Big Bad Baptist but everything else I've had hasn't been great.

Unfortunately, In regards to lebleu, brute, and old habit, you'll have to trade for em or drive to the brewery the day they're released. And if you decide to drive up for a release, that presents a another potential problem all of its own. Last years lebleu release was a bit of a disaster that had these forums up in arms for days.

Cant wait for Jade to come in bottles. I had some on tap last week and its just great.
I tend to think Sexy Chocolate is a little weak, and I have yet to try the BA version, and I have never had Olde Rabbits Foot either. Actually I traded my bottle of this years Sexual and a 6pack of Hoppyum for a 4pack of BA Blackout Stout :-D great trade.

Interesting. I'll have to research this some more. I have family right up there. Perhaps I can coordinate a way to get them to get it and ship it to me. These beers have bee mentioned a few times now- I'm disappointed I've never heard of them.

Agree with the Foothills posts. Except I live in Winston and a fresh growler of Seeing Double or Jade is amazingly nice. Plus BBA People's Porter is pretty solid too.

I'm going with Troegs. Nugget Nectar is amazing. Perpetual IPA and Flying Mouflan were kinda disappointing in comparison. These are not dist here, so these were trades, there may be something I'm missing as I've only tried 3.

I have even worse news. Brute I understand is never to be brewed again, and the next LeBleu release is likely to be the last, from what I have heard it is going to be a blend of barrels they kept from past bottlings. Their sour/wild program is no more, it has been said. Their genius brewers, Jeff O'Neil, and Michael Benz, no longer work at Ithaca, they now work at a brewery near to me and have transformed Peekskill Brewery into a shangri-la for fine beer lovers.

And I like Cold Front, and Fourteen wasn't the best BIPA on the market, but fresh it was pretty delicious. But it is certainly true that of the beers they still make, Flower Power is the real gem.

Ft. Collins. Their Dopple Bock was one of the best beers I've ever had & the rest of the offerings range from mediocre to good. (More mediocre than good)

I had a feeling that was going to happen. Bummer. There is a bar where I live that had brute on draft last week. They were selling it by the pint (not sure how much) but even crazier, by the pitcher for, wait for it, ready...$16. Its one of those bars that carries craft beer but isn't necessarily a craft beer bar so the people that run it usually have very little idea of what they have and how much they should charge for it. Last year, palate wrecker, $6 a pitcher. Many of my friends on untappd were checking into brute over the course of 3 or 4 days because no one really knows about this place because they don't advertise themselves as a craft beer bar or at all for that matter.

Flying Mouflan is an outstanding beer, and I think Troegenator is an above-average beer as well. Hopback is a pretty standard American pale, but then, it's not a particularly exciting style, so what can you do?
