I want today to be special. I am going to do my 200th review and today is my birthday. So I would love some advice on what 200 hundred should be. I am going on a major hall in Massachusetts today, I will update if I find something else really special on my venture. What I have in cellar and already set a side at the stores for me.

I would recommend cracking open that Angel Share, regardless of which barrel it was aged in or year. One of my fondest beer memories is cracking open a bottle after class with a friend in the middle of a rather large snowstorm. The alcohol spiciness, english toffee, and dark fruits all gave a nice warming touch for a brutally cold evening.

And yes, I am prepared to take heat for giving a recommendation despite the common thoughts on this beer for the carb issues. Honestly, my bottle had low carbonation and it was still one of the best beers I've ever had.

If none of that interests you, go with KBS, no justification needed for that one.

    Yo Happy BDay!!!

Hmmmmm I think I'd mix the 120 and the Imp Stout Trooper to make a one of a kind greatest Black and Tan. Maybe call it Troop-120.

...my parents went away on a weeks vacation... and they left the keys to the brand new porsche, would they miiiiind? Ummmm, well... of course not.

I'll just take it for a little spin and maybe show it off to a couple of friends. I'll just cruise it around the neighborhood, well... maybe I shouldn't.... yeeeah of course I should.

What major hall will you visit? Faneuil Hall? Boston City Hall? John Hancock Hall? Can't wait to find out...

I saw IST or Deliverance. Do you have to go to work tomorrow? If not. Have a few of those you mentioned.

    Cheers!

What's a "major hall"? But seriously, happy Bday and I would go with KBS or IST.

Definitely deliverance, the balanced whiskey and bourbon in that one is just incredible. Though I agree work the next day might be a factor

I love all of the witty hall/haul humor in here - never have I seen such hilarity in regards to a typo on BA!

If you haven't reviewed KBS, I'd recommend that. IST is also very good - lots of roast. Deliverance is boozy, but very tasty.

Hey, it's your birthday, so forget the hall and go for the whole damn corridor....or the DFH 75. Cheers!

I would drink the 75 minute. I would age a 120 until your next birthday.

My vote would be for the IST, KBS, or FWXV. I'd personally rule out the Lost Abbey beers, because who wants to risk a flat bottle for a milestone review, and Infinium, because it's not as well regarded as the others.
