Ok... Where did THIS come from?

Meijer had the Chocolate Sombrero bombers about a year ago.. Love that beer!

 

I think they stopped distributing to Michigan in 2010. That being said, I think I've seen a few places with their IPAs still on the shelf.

 

May 1, 2011 is when they stopped distro in Mi, and still see an occasional beer laying around

 

Great Divide was in MI at least as late as 2011. That was when I started exploring craft beyond the standard Bell's and SN fare. Yeti (the newer label) was one of my first bomber purchases.

Yeah, I've run across a place near a Ford plant that has bottles of Great Divide that has been sitting. Also some BrewDog stuff that was dated 9/9/09, if I recall correctly. Odds are most of that stuff you're seeing are 2010, like the other comments mention.

 

Nice, so the place that I previously mentioned I used to buy GD from is at 16/Groesbeck; Parkway Beverage.

 

Yep, definitely a great spot! I still stop by from time to time when I'm over on that side of town.
