That's true. Legend well never hit the market unless chase wants to brew it again.

Yes, and for good reason. (It was terrible). Apparently some was served somewhere that was awesome but (to my knowledge) I had a bottle with some people and it was vile.

It was painful. I have a keg at the brewery people can try.

Yeah, it's a good beer, the yeast just never took off for bottle conditioning.

Maybe in 2015, the brew schedule is already full for 2014.

    that's a shame, but I'm glad you
stuck to yer guns & made the honest
decision to not release a substandard beer.

oh yeah, the new 500ml formats have been great.
I can't wait to have batch 2 of gold

Maybe what I had was not truely legend. I am friends w Tate and Dan and when they were taking pictures I was around. Everything was mislabeled and delicious except for one bottle, which they led me to believe was legend. Wish we could have gotten some of the smaller eliz5beths, the glass I had from 3 liter was amazing but a little later in the tasting than id have wished. Don't remember much other than enjoying it. Excited to see the brewery next time I'm in Tulsa.

Great decision unlike some locals that will put it out there even though they know it was off. Hope to taste it before the vessel floats.

that was a great tasting, & eli5abeth was top tier for sure,
but soooo late in the game. that is what happens when a tasting involves 10 barley wines

for real though, kudos chase, great saison

I'm surprised this thread isn't blowing up over the Noir release. Not that I am complaining.

In the last month two separate coolship beers were brewed by two separate Oklahoma breweries and not a peep about them on this forum. :astonished:

I feel like one difference between Texas and Oklahoma breweries is the Oklahoma brewery's never give much information. Prairies Facebook posts are rather cryptic to be fair. Ala here is a picture of a label but no other information at all.

I learn more about Oklahoma releases from Freddy and other citizens than any breweries or liquor stores.
