Oktoberfests You Aren't Looking Forward To

    Well, therein is what counts -- and good on yah.

    For me, I was thrilled with the other German-style beers Metro was making, and how great to-style they were -- but when that fell short with their Oktoberfest, my favorite style, I was disappointed.

    Ayinger and SN from last year are one of my favs. Hofbrau also a favorite. Octofests are one of my favorite styles though they don't get much love. Great Lakes is a highly rated one that I do not like.

    Had the SN 16 version and liked it a lot. Not a marzen in my book closer to a pilsner. Still, a great beer and will buy again and hold off on my usual pilsner buys
