Old ales to age

    +1 - it's an Adambier! Way too smokey and bright to be anything else (had one Saturday.)

    Old Brown Dog is $5.99 a bomber here. You cannot beat that with anything else on the market.

    I hear ya. Those old ales got me a few years back. Thomas Hardy's was the one that did it, and it holds up well with age. Just had a 1993 and it was quite nice...perhaps a bit faded, but good feel and flavor.

    Hibernation and Old Stock are in my cellar, too.

    Not sure where you are in Ohio, but Warren, MI is just over the border and Kuhnhenn Fourth Dementia is awesome!
