Does anyone know if this is still being distributed to New York State, particularly upstate? I picked up a six pack of it back in September at a local beverage center and I paid 16.99 for it. When I checked the date on the back it was from March 2010. It was the last one on the shelf. It tasted great. I drank a couple and gave one to my buddy, and I have two left. I have only ever seen one other six pack in another beverage center an hour south of me but it sold the next time I was there. I have not seen it since and I have looked at about a dozen stores, and almost all carry the anchor line... is it still being made in six packs or are they going to go with four packs? Any info?
I haven't seen it in NYC in for two years. Pisses me off. Anchor in general has become harder to find
I see a fair amount of Anchor Steam at both Whole Foods Bowery and Good Beer - it does not seem to be that hard to find from my perspective.
Sorry, I should have said aside from Steam. I can find Anchor products, but it used to be the case that all beer stores carried their line and I no longer find that to be. Whole Foods is unique IMO.
I still see a number of Anchor products at Good Beer whenever I stop by... I picked up a couple different Anchor brews there in the last couple months.
