    This^^^......

I believe if Old Raspy wasn't everywhere, it would probably be a highly sought after whale. It's still one of my all-time faves, period!

It has a pretty solid rating, but I think that the OP was referring to how much people actually talk about it on this forum

Old Rasputin was probably the stout that knocked my socks off. So good with a t-bone steak.

All I get is bitter burnt malt flavor. There are other RIS that are just as easy to get but WAY better IMO.

I appreciate that Old Rasputin allowed me to easily and cheaply determine that I don't like RIS's.

For me I'll still take Brooklyn Black Chocolate in the widely available Impy race. Even as a seasonal it's on shelves year round. Smooth rider.

I enjoyed my first Old Rasputin at a blind tasting having no idea what it was, totally loved it and got a growler before coming on here finding out it was so highly rated!!!

I look at Old Rasputin and Stone IPA as the two most underappreciated beers in there style. They get very solid reviews, but not what they deserve. Definitely better beers out, but few year round that can touch them, for price and quality.

Not for nothing all the one's you just mentioned seem to me like old standards now. Founders Pliny Heady HF ect. they are all legends now. Cheers

Eh its not that I dont like them its just that I prefer more smoother easier drinking beers. Thats why I usually buy them in singles or bombers instead of 4 packs since I only want them on occasion.

I like it fresh with that nice hop note on it. Great affordable easy to find RIS.

I live in China and I have not changed my location. When I return to the States, I will go back to Salt Lake City where I am originally from. I am not going back to New Mexico. Quite confusing, I know.

It's good, but Ten Fidy and FIS are superior.

Surprisingly, no beer distributors around here carry Old Rasputin. I've been wanting to try it forever. I feel like it has to do with the fact that I live in backass Pennsylvania.
