Got a couple bottles of '13 Old Viscosity in. Curious what your opinions are on fresh vs. aging on this one. Worth it to let one go for a year or 2? Thanks!

I've had fresh, and I must say it's worth trying now. However, I'd get another and age it

I had a buddy that drank his fresh and he said it was a mess. My instant reaction was a put a year on it.

I like Old Viscosity on the fresher side - it never felt bold enough (to me) to age. If you want to put something down, grab a few bottles of the OldER Viscosity. That is pretty boozy and hot fresh - it is nice with a little time on it. Just my $.02.
