I think 90 minute is still good with 6-9 months on it. I still prefer it fresh but it's just always good.

About two years ago, I had a Double Trouble that was about a year old. That was a sweet treat.

1 year old Heady. Was still more hop forward and juicy than half of the fresh IPA's out there. Also had a year old Double Crooked Tree that was phenomenal.

Dogfish Head Squall. I think it was retired in late 2011?? Don't recall the date of the bottle I had but it had to have been around 2 1/2 years. Held up quite well imo. Wish I had another bottle tucked away.

Well, I had a 2001 Rogue Old Crustacean a few years ago... it's a barley wine but super hoppy. The hops were very strong in this one, quite enjoyable and a bit confusing considering I didn't realize they would stick around that long!

I've had SN Celebration Ale after a few years and it is still good. Obviously the hops are mostly faded, but you can still detect their presence.

Accidentally bought more of Bell's The Oracle than I could drink last year, drank one this year and it was almost as good as it is fresh. I am going to have to go home and verify whether or not memory serves me correctly. Hopslam, on the other hand, is awful with age on it.

    Enjoy

I purposely waited 15 months to drink DFH 90 and it tasted great. A mix between an IPA and barleywine.

I recently just had a Rock Art Limited Access Double IPA from late June/early July. It was pretty good. This was a beer fell off a cliff very quickly. I remember hating it a month after. However, I realized that if I unintentionally age an IPA, that I should drink it from the bottle or can because that's where all the hop resins and oils are. The bottle maintained the bitterness and, while it was a different beer from when I first had it, it had transformed into something pretty pleasant.

I have a 2014 120 Minute IPA that I'll crack open eventually. I'm sure it'll magically transform from an IPA to a barleywine.

I had a 2011 DFH 120 about 2 months ago. I think it was better than "fresh".
