Ology is a block from my office. It has spoiled me for almost all other breweries. The sours are great and they make all of the sub-styles of sour, and do a great job. The Dynamic Fermentum bottle series of barrel sours sold in bottles are fantastic. They have in brewery only bottles that are great. The weekly release of a massively fruited sour in house only is not to be missed. However, as much as I love their sour program, no one in the region makes hoppy beers better than Ology. The NE/Hazy IPAs that come out of that brewery stack up against anyone in the nation. Heliocentric Distortion may be my favorite canned beer of all time. The stouts are also close to perfection. In short, if you are in Tallahassee Ology is a must visit. Hell, if you are driving past Tallahassee on I-10, the taproom is only 5 or 10 minutes from the interstate. You are a fool if you don't stop in.
