Monday at 4pm. We used American hops for this beer (grown in Vermont) and the farmer is arriving at the Brewery at that time Monday. A few of us tried ZB unfiltered earlier this week. It's lightly hoppy with a great citrus/orange flavor from Mandarina Bavaria (which we used as the aroma hop addition). It'll be interesting to hear what everyone else thinks.
