Anyone use this before? I just did a simple hefe 2 weeks ago and she is still bubbling. It was at 1.020 after a week. Started at 1.055. I have never had a hefe yeast go longer than just a few days. Usually they blow out the top. This is just a slow long hauler. Mainly curious. Thanks.
I have not used it. Perhaps it was an older packet? If you are really curious, shoot the Omega guys an email. They are very helpful and responsive.
