Ommegang Three Philosophers Vertical?

    I've been seeing a gift pack of 3 Three Philosophers bottles (2011, 2012, & 2013). Has anyone bought this recently? Is the 2011 bottle still good? I was worried that it might not be top quality anymore.

    IMO Three Philosphers Holds up pretty well. Also the 2011 was cellared properly at the brewery before it went into that gift box 2 years ago so that helps.

    Why wouldn't you buy it? It's a Quad. Quads are known as some of the best beers to cellar. Ten years is nothing to a solid Quad, a 2011 bottle is just getting good.
