I figured I'd post this one since I know the owners. They're great people. I think it'll be a great place to get some beers once it opens. http://dallas.culturemap.com/news/restaurants-bars/06-23-14-on-rotation-brewery-white-rock-lake/ https://www.facebook.com/onrotationbrewhouse I blame / credit the owner for getting me into craft beer 7+ years ago.
This is also very close to me. Thank you for sharing. I'd assume you'll head this way when it opens, let me know when you're in town.
Looks like On Rotation is opening it's doors today: We'll open our doors for the first time at 4 p.m. today! A few announcements to answer questions you may have: Our hours for the weekend will be... Friday, Jan. 23: 4 p.m. to midnight Saturday, Jan. 24: 12 p.m. to midnight Sunday, Jan 25: 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. We will NOT be filling growlers this weekend, but we hope to have purge lines in place to start filling them next week. We will NOT have our own brews on tap this weekend, but we'll be brewing as much as we can as fast as we can these next few weeks to get ready for our grand opening in February. As soft opens go, we're sure to have a few issues to work out throughout the weekend and next week. We'll do our best to get any issues resolved quickly, but please go easy on us and our beer-istas as we get everything smoothed out. We will love you for that. We DO want you all to have a super awesome time tonight and throughout this weekend! Outside food is completely allowed and encouraged. We'll eventually have a few menus at On Rotation for ordering, and Cane Rosso White Rock is cooking up badass pizzas right next door! Any other questions? If so, please leave us a comment. Otherwise, how about having a beer with us tonight? They've got a nice design:
Went there a couple of weekends ago for the Owner/Brewer's birthday party. Place is awesome and has a lot of good stuff that will be on tap tonight. Definitely go check it out! Grab some Cane Rosso and take it over to On Rotation and eat it there with some good beer. He said they should have a tap list written up and put on facebook by 4 pm.
Love On Rotation. Been there a few times, then hop over to Cane Rosso for some pizza. Probably will be going sometime next week.
Next time just bring the pizza from cane rosso with you to On Rotation and enjoy a good beer with your meal. Love On Rotation. Always a solid tap list and good people.
It usually is we go to Cane Rosso, get on the list, and then hit On Rotation while waiting for a seat. Also by doing it this way I can get more than one beer ;-)
If you have the chance, I highly recommend swinging by On Rotation and sampling all 10 of their house brews. I can't imagine them lasting through the week. They're very good, all 10.
