I've been reading up on cellaring beers and it seems like the question comes up quite a bit: How long do you cellar a beer. If you were only limited to one choice, and that choice is one age, how long would you cellar ALL of your beers?

I'm gathering that around 2 years will do quite well for a lot of styles and expect to read some answers of 5+ because all you drink is Gueuze.

    Aaand go!

For almost all beer the correct answer is 0.

Personally I do around 2 as well. I have some 120 Minute from 2008 and 2009 though. Not sure what I'm waiting for to open them.

My answer also would be 0 in a perfect world, but as is I have way more beer than I can drink so I a forced to "cellar".
