Probably imperial stouts. I would do IPAs or sours, but I wouldn't want to deal with the rapid rate of palate fatigue.

Going to go with IPAs, Stouts a very close second though…damn, how about a brewery instead?!

If I could pick only one style, it would be Munich Dunkel Lagers (but that would be terrible).

IPA DIPA, so much complexity and ABV variation to keep one happy for a long time.

    Cheers.....

APA and American wild ales as close second

Took me a bit to decide. I like all kinds. Even those over the top IPAs. But....a Czech pilsener is the deal! You asked!

If all sours count as one style, I am definitely picking them. Would be really tough to give up stouts and IPAs though.

For sure, I'm going with Saison.

    Tripels most likely or Witbier/Hefewiezen.

APA for sure. Though it was a tough call between that and Belgian Quads.

American pale ales have a big variety and still have some hops. IPAs would be hard on the palate drinking a few times a week.

Man...so many: DIPAs, quads, barrel-aged stouts, wits, saisons, and APAs/IPAs, but I'd have to change my handle if I didn't go with sours. I'd walk the ~10km between 3F and Cantillon everyday. Quads a close second, DIPAs third.

Probably Barley Wine. King Henry, Bigfoot and Doggie Claws and countless others would serve me well

I don't know that all "sours" should count as one "style", but that might be a discussion for another day.
