I want perfection. Goose Island Bourbon County Stout.

I may prefer the big, bold flavors of some of the variants from time to time, but there is absolutely nothing I can imagine trying to improve about the original. It is perfection.

That said, I really don't like to think about the idea of dying. I much prefer thinking about the idea of having a glass of bourbon county.

 

Depending on what time of year the death sentence is to be carried out, the last thing I would want to have is my favorite DIPA that's been out of season for over 6 months! The hops would be dead before I am! Make it safe and give me a 750 of Bourbon Barrel aged Speedway Stout...having been cellared for about 2-3 years. I would have gone with KBS but they don't come in big bottles. Go big or go...hang!?
