I am up in Toronto on a Monday night for work. I've read the forums and see Bellwoods, C'est What, Bar Volo as the most common mentions for places to get a good taste of the craft beer scene. I am staying at the Marriott so appear to be near the center of the action. My question is what's my best bet for a work dinner? Best bet for afterwards? I will be with one Toronto guy and another who came up from the US with me. They both are far less into craft beer than I am. Appreciate suggestions.
Go to Beer Bistro for the dinner, then C'est What for some casual pints afterwards. Great service/food/selection at the Bistro, cozy at C'est What. And they're within walking distance of each other.
