One-Off Tastings

    What's the protocol for trying to set up tastings with specific targets in mind? Can we post in ISO:FT, or regional? As an example, let's say I have beers A, B, C, and instead of trading for beers D and E, I'd rather just find people with those to come share at a tasting.

    Technically you'd be ISO: Beer Owners, so I think the local forums might be a better way to go about it (and probably more successful too).

    ISO:FT is for beer only, so I'd do that in the regional forum. And thats pretty much exactly how we recently started a tasting group in my area, which has met twice so far and is going strong. Good luck!

    "FT: Seat at the tasting" has worked. If you persistently search and search the forums for some very rare beers from one particular brewery, some brewers might just show up with the beers you seek. But I don't really know what I'm talking about :wink:
