If you like 67 different types of IPA/APA's that all pretty much taste the same then Short's is your brewery!

Wicked Weed out of Asheville. These guys are doing a class job of getting their beers around North Carolina. This is a big state and it's very difficult to navigate distribution easily. Asheville is tucked in way southwest N.C. and most everyone else live points north and to the east. Still, Wicked Weed is on the ball in very many ways! I can see them going regional with ease.

Prairie distributes all the way to NY (among others). I was there last week and was drinking Bomb! of the tap.

Lefty's is located in Greenfield, but you can get their bottles many places in the Chicopee/springfield area. I'd take a stop at Table and Vine in West Springfield, as well as the biggest selection of beer around, they've got a nice large cooler of local stuff in the back that you could take a look at and stock up on.

Also, not sure what days you are going to be out in Chicopee, but if you have time on Thursday/Friday night or Saturday, hit Tree House in Monson. Only a half hour away from Chicopee.

Yup, Daisy Cutter is fairly common on tap.

In, NC, my vote would be Burial Brewing.

Columbus Brewing Company. And they keep getting better all the time. Bodhi, Creeper, and this year's Yakima Fresh Hop are world-class IPAs.

I forgot to mention what might be the best Lager brewers in the country, Chuckanut Brewing in Bellingham, WA. Excellent beers.

Should add that as much as I love many of the local places being named, I would not consider them world-class.... A bit too early for such accolades, don't you think?

For Louisiana, it has to be Parish Brewing. Their Double IPA 'Ghost in the Machine' is absolutely amazing and they just make quality brews in many diff styles.

True, but a small trip to Asheville and Saxapahaw (Wicked Weed, Haw River Farmhouse Ales) might just adjust your thinking. For me, it's hard to believe how good these beers are, and what nice folks!

Ya, I misunderstood what the OP meant. I was thinking he meant a state that only has 1 good brewery.

It sounds like a bunch or people are unaware of the distribution of most of the breweries being mentioned.

If Levi's next release is anywhere near Door Kriek's quality, Funk Factory is gonna be a sour powerhouse.
I'd also add Dave's BrewFarm, he's doin some crazy good shit. No bottles (and no real hope in the future) though
