In NC, Wicked Weed is the obvious choice. Absolutely world class and only distributes in NC as far as I know.
NoDa has a few world class beers but does distribute to northern SC.

Olde Meckenburg is up ther for German style. Not sure if they distribute to SC.

Fonta Flora, Burial, and even Birdsong have the potential but aren't quite there or big enough yet.

Was at the brewery in the Spring - while regular distribution may only be in TX, they apparently randomly send some stuff out of state...

Virginia, too, but just a couple of sixers. Not saying much considering the range of their offerings--or so I've heard.

I would consider Short's world class, they don't have a "wait in line for 4 hours" beer but a bunch of great beers.

Maybe not world class, but the best beer that doesn't leave Alaska is made at St. Elias. Other than a few beer festivals, you can only get their beer at the brewpub in Soldatna.

They may not distribute the "good stuff" as of late, out of state, but when I was in Iowa this summer, I saw plenty of Mad Meg, Le Petit, and Wytchmaker. Also bought a Black Metal OG, yeah, just sitting on a shelf rotting, waiting for me, I would say that was some pretty good shit. I would also venture, that they're not included in the 1 state wonders since places in California, and Chicago do get some of the limited stuff; not the fruited sours, but they have gotten some of the good one-offs.

I think Brew Kettle (white/black rajah IPA, el lupulo libre 2xIPA) only distributes in Ohio.

I would have to go with RoughTail as well. Their IPA beats COOPs F5 every day of the week, but only by a slight margin. Their Pumpkin Porter (from Fall 2013) and 1st Anniversary Ale are hands down some of the best of their respective styles I've ever tried. However, if Anthem would produce the Coffee and/or Earl Grey Saison that they featured at OCBF as test batches, I have no doubt that we would have trade bait greater than or equal to a case of some of the limited release Prairie brews.

As far as I know Mother's Brewing Co. in Springfield is still only distributing inside of Missouri as well. However, I wish they would start distro to Oklahoma so I could load up on Winter Grind for this time of year.
