I haven't had the original, but I thought this was pretty good. It wasn't mindblowing, but still damn good

Had a bottle on thursday. i thought it was a little weak maybe a little flat. But i had just got back from alpine and had a couple glasses bad boy...so i am not really sure it was a fair comparison.

redwood also has it. You can buy it from the redwood location and have them ship it free of charge to hollywood

Anybody know why glass and not canned? Because it's not a production beer?

Because they didn't produce enough to make a fill the basic amount of cans they would have to order.

I thought they were tapped out on can production with what is in there now.

Has anyone compared the bottle to draft? I thought the draft version of this recipe was pretty great. I haven't tried the bottle version yet, but I'd be surprised if it tasted that much different

    Per @ModernTimesJacob:

“Why bottles? Because new cans are an enormous logistical undertaking. We'll be filling 450 cases total of Oneida. For a canning run to make sense, we'd need to fill around 3,000 cases. And we don't have anywhere near that kind of capacity (nor the supply of these rare hops). Oneida may make it into cans some day, but that day is a ways off.”

Haven’t tried draft-vs-bottle, but picked up a bottle earlier this week and really liked it.

I got home from work and found my lady and her friend sharing my only bottle of it. It was warm and almost gone but I had a sip, I really liked it. Anyone know where I can still find it in the Pico Rivera or Claremont area?

I picked up a couple from Whole Foods on monday. I didn't think it was that amazing but it was good.

I went to the brewery yesterday and had it on tap and absolutely loved it. Nice fruity and sessionable, so I then bought 4 bottles. Cracked one today and the flavor has seemed to fade a bit, still a solid offering in bottles but not as "juicy" and enjoyably sessionable.

Good to know. I also loved it in the tasting room. I was kind of taken aback at how good it was.
