Belgian quadrupels and sours - okay, I'll narrow that down to lambics. But please don't make me decide whether said lambics will be with fruit or without.

American IPA's and Stouts. Lot's of other styles I really like at times, but those two make up 90% of what I drink these days anyway. The US breweries make a ton of good beer, but it is also easiest to find very high quality IPAs and Stouts because of the intense competition in those sectors.

I like the people who say sours as one.. There are many styles under that category.

It's cheating but I like all the sours (Lambics, Flanders, Oud Bruin, American Wild Ale, Guezue, Gose, etc)

It's kind of like saying stouts (imperial stout, RIS, Milk Stout, Oatmeal Stout, etc)

Style Guidelines have just been broken down into such small niches that they are very specific at this point...

As an everyday drinker I can't go anything Imperial, I'd be too fat and drunk all the time. So, if I only get 2 forever I'm going to go with APA and stouts also...
