Saw this new "open" wine bottle preservation system. Taxed, but looks legit. Anybody care to weigh in on how it may/may not transition to same application with beer?

Can't speak on this product. If I open a 64oz growler of Old Backus then dammit I'm commited and drink that *************.

True, but a 64oz growler isn't corked. This product only applies to corked [natural, non-synthetic] bottles.

Wow that looks amazing. My only question is on the first few moments where he says that the air has been removed from the bottle? If you do that to beer will that "uncarbonate" the beer?
