Big news for Open Outcry as they announced former More Brewer Eric Padilla is now their head brewer after Wil left for Hailstorm. Excited to see what’s planned for the year ahead! From Open Outcry- Open Outcry Brewing Company is incredibly excited to announce that Eric Padilla has joined the Open Outcry family to serve as Head Brewer. It’s a big deal for us. And, it’s a big day for #southside beer. Eric has over 10 years of professional brewing experience and a resume of serious accolades too long to list here. Most recently, he served as the Head Brewer at More Brewing Company. In his time at More, he helped drive their growth from a successful brewpub into growing production brewery. Now he joins us to help navigate our future growth. This is a homecoming of sorts for him. He was born and raised on the southside and is a graduate of Morgan Park High School.
