I was wondering what people thought of Celebration Ale with some age on it.

I just found some 2010 and 2011 that I threw in the fridge just now to get a little more chill to it. Might as well grab that 2008 and 2010 Bigfoot to add to the fridge while I'm here.

I have no idea but I would love to hear how it turns out!

    Don't do it?

I never understood why folks would want to age a normal strength American Pale Ale / IPA, what are you looking to change in its profile? I've had some older Celebration Ale's (08 being the oldest), and its always just tasted faded and oxidized to me.

    Cheers!

Some love it, some hate it.

I think all my Celebration is gonna be aged this year, through no choice of mine. . . since it hasn't even hit shelves yet around the brewery.
