I was thinking about brewing this tomorrow. It should take less than a week to ferment, and while not ideal, a week of bottle conditioning should have adequate carbonation levels.

What do you guys think of my ingredient choices and ratios? I want a traditional tasting, low gravity session ale.

Looks ordinary, but I'm not an expert. Love it's simplicity. What are you thinking of mashing at?

I did a mild a few weeks ago that was acceptably carbed in a week, so that shouldn't be an issue.

I dig it. Personally I would go for a a couple more IBU's and move the late addition to 5 or later. Those are just my preferences though.

Looks good to me, although I would use EKG instead of Fuggles for the late addition. However, the distinct earthiness from Fuggles may go well with the meal, depending on your preferences.

Fuggles makes a good bitter. I might go with an ounce at a 5 minute addition in place of the 10 minute, but that's just me.
