I've heard Boneyard may be doing something similar in the coming weeks. Gotta do something different now that there aren't bars and restaurants open to sell kegs to, at least temporarily.

If they use the standard stacking pattern, there's 100 cases per pallet. So, $4,800. They might give you a volume discount. Bring a truck that can carry 2,000+ pounds.

I'll use my virus check to buy 25 cases off your pallet.

Edit: on twitter its says they are shipping to their Idaho and Oregon distributors this week. so thats potentially awesome

They prolly got a fork lift to load it. In my experience, 11 high is about as far as ya wanna go on the handtruck. They start to get wobbly around 10.

What if you used a ratchet strap? Or would it still tumble off, and you'd have to do a headshake?

It just gets awkward, trying to get a strap around a stack around the cases, without having it in the way of either the base (the flat part where you stack stuff), the wheels/axle, and a spot on top to fasten it. Just stack 'em 10 high. Yeah, ya gotta make 10 trips, but it's worth not dumping your product. Our drivers will go to 11 high, if that's all they have for that drop, otherwise they split it up.

    Better safe than sorry.

Does Deschutes releasing Reserve beers in 12oz 4-packs count as news? The new BA Old Fashioned Fresh Squeezed is available on their website now and the newly released label for BBXXXIII also indicates 12oz bottles. 12oz bottles of Abyss would be magical...

So NWIPA and the Shelton brothers social media accounts posted a picture of The Alchemist logo and said it's coming soon... I'd love to revisit Focal Banger!

I know California recently received a sizeable drop of Alchemist stuff, and it made me wonder if we might eventually see something similar here. I had not realized that Shelton was handling distribution. That gives me a bad feeling about the price we're going to see for 4 packs of Focal Banger and Heady.

Well, even a 50%markup would have them priced close to what some Modern Times and Great Notion IPAs go for here...

Good point. And imho, their IPA's are better than anything made by grape lotion or MT.

Finally get to share some pretty big Breakside news that I've been holding onto. You can read it all here:

    https://www.newschoolbeer.com/2020/...a-what-rough-beast-all-coming-to-6-packs.html

TL;DR - IPA, Wanderlust, and What Rough Beast are coming to six packs next month! Keep an eye out for a new limited run of double dry hopped IPA in cans; our collab with Barely Browns called Wanderjack; the return of Cultivating Mass, with two special variants; the newest Sour Series release Queen of the Rodeo will be available in a week or two; brandy BA Chocolate Milk Stout should be out next month as well.

On a personal note, thanks to everyone who keeps supporting us these days. We're surviving thanks to you, and I still have the job I love in these trying times. Please keep buying if you can, and tip your bartender.

Will any regular Cultivating Mass be packaged, or only the 2 variants?

Ugh, Ale Apothecary just had to lay off their staff too. I really hope they can pull through this because that brewery shutting down would be a tremendous loss to the scene. Good luck to all their employees out there.
