This BA is road tripping through Bend Oregon, up to Couer D'Alene ID, and back down through Portland. So I ask...what Oregon beer spots are must goes/must sees?
Agree with above but while you're in Coeur D'Alene pop on over to Post Falls (~10 minutes) and check out Selkirk Abbey. Good dudes making good beer. I'm particularly fond of their Infidel, Belgian IPA.
You should check out this thread for Portland: http://beeradvocate.com/community/threads/visiting-portland-spring-2013-update.80488/ I used it for planning my trip and so far everything has been great.
I'll second the trip to Selkirk Abbey. There's some good tips in these threads: http://beeradvocate.com/community/threads/east-side-advice.76632/ , http://beeradvocate.com/community/threads/most-popular-ales-in-spokane.72862/ , http://beeradvocate.com/community/threads/spokane-bas-ramblin-road.69622/ and they deal with the Spokane area. Make sure to hit the Hood River area too. Several breweries in HR, and Everybody's brewing is right across the river in White Salmon, WA. Enjoy your trip!

I'd add Worthy to your list for Bend, and both bottle shops in town (btbsbend.com and thebrewshopbend.com) have inventory lists on their sites so you can scan ahead for any treats not in your regular distro.
passing through Klamath Falls on the way to Bend? Mia & Pia's has local color and some fine beers including Ra IPA and Sweetheart's Chocolate Stout. The Creamery (Klamath Basin Brewing Co.) has delicious Vanilla Porter and resembles brewpubs everywhere. passing through Weed on the way to Klamath Falls? Mt.
