Hey beer lovers- I'm headed up through Southern and Eastern OR in a few days and wanted some recommendations for breweries. Planning on staying somewhere from Ashland to Roseburg, OR (flexible) and Bend, OR before heading up to some camping south of Mt. Hood and back to Sacramento. Any breweries along that southern 5, 138, 97 route that are Can't Miss? I particularly love the funky/sour beers so definitely looking forward to Bend's Ale Apothecary, Crux, etc. Thanks in advance!

If you find yourself up near Eugene, Alesong is pretty great.

Check out the Visiting Bend thread if you haven't already. Also, Solera Brewery in Parkdale has good sour beer and one of the best brewery views in the NW.

If you're in southern Oregon, Caldera in Ashland is a can't miss. They've usually got around 40 different beers on tap. There are two locations. The old spot in town near the river is pleasant and OK if you are downtown, but the tap list is more limited. The best place to go is their new brewery on the southern outskirts of Ashland, just off I-5 at exit 14.
