We have a bi-monthly bottle share group that's been going strong for almost a year now. We have three spots available if anyone's interested. First come, first serve. If you're interested, let me know.

Details are on Facebook; just search for the subject name on there and you'll see it.

The next share has been posted and is for this Thursday night. 6pm-9pm at WOB UCF. There are about 6 to 7 spots currently open for anyone interested in joining. Theme has been set to fruit (any beer with fruit in it, not bound by any particular style).

Last share I created an auction system whereby user earn free points for attendance and a few other things, and then I released for action a Cycle - Pallet 5. Every share I'll auction off something and it could be a big beer, or it may be something smaller, who knows.

All the simple and easy to follow rules are up on Orlando's Craft-beer Enthusiasts on Facebook. If you need help with the details, PM me here or on Facebook.

Auctioned off a CCB El Cat Outskirts and AC The Awakening at the last share.

The next share has been posted on Facebook at Orlando's Craft-beer Enthusiats.

I'll post the thread here to help. But you still need to RSVP on Facebook, not here.

Rules have been modified, please read prior to RSVPing. THIS IS NOT YOUR STANDARD TYPE OF BOTTLE SHARE. WE ALL HAVE JOBS AND NEED TO BE FUNCTIONAL FRIDAY MORNINGS.

    When: Thursday, May 19th
    Where: WoB UCF
    Time: 6:00pm (sharp) - 9:00pm
Theme: Wine Barrel (any beer that has been aged in a wine barrel).

    General -

    a. Anyone and everyone is welcome to attend the share(s). We do not discriminate against race, gender, age or credence.

    b. We limit our shares to 11 people and we stick to a "first RSVP, first serve style setup". You will be able to see all the RSVPs in the comments below.

    c. This is not your typical bottle share setup. Everyone brings one bomber, and we split everything down the middle. About 3EA 1/2 ounce pours goes to the house first.

    d. WoB has been gracious enough to provide us with a place to share beers and provides some awesome servers to take care of us. Please purchase a beer or two from the bar as well as some food. Please also tip nicely.

    1. RSVPing -

    a. In order to RSVP, you can simply type "RSVP", "In" or whatever else that clearly gets the point across in the comments below that you are intending on attending.

    b. You may not RSVP for anyone other than yourself. If you have a friend that wants to attend, they must RSVP themselves. I will be the only one to RSVP on the behalf of another if they do not have a Facebook.

    c. Once all the spots are full, please feel free to still RSVP in the comments. If anyone backs out, you'll have a chance at attending.

    2. Theme & Bottle(s) -

    a. All attendees are required to bring one 22oz or larger bomber. If you do not have a bomber, but have two smaller bottles or cans (that are both the same beer) that equal 22oz or more, that will be acceptable.

    b. If your bottle(s) do not match the theme, but still meet all the other requirements in the rules, you can still attend. However, if your bottle doesn't match the set theme, you will not be eligible to win any prizes.

    c. All beer brought to the share must be limited release beers. We prefer the beer are out of distribution but this isn't a requirement. Please do not bring any shelf turds. This is pretty straight forward and if you're in question, look through the previous posts and see what has been brought in the past. Additionally, it is best practice to shoot for a 4.0 on Untappd or higher.

    3. Time & Prizes -

    a. We begin cracking some pre-beers at 5:30pm as a warmup, please feel free to arrive early and enjoy with us. The shares start sharply at 6:00pm, if you're not here, you will not be considered for the beer being tried at that time. No samples will be held for anyone.

    b. All attendees must bring either $5 worth of beer (must be limited distro and not sitting on the shelves) or $5 in cash for the pot.

    c. At the end of each share, all attendees who have sampled every beer (to keep it fair) will be able to vote for their top 3 beers. Voting for your own beer isn't allowed. The results will be tallied and a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be determined.

    Perks for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place:

Prizes - Cash pot, $40 WoB gift card, or donated beers.

First place will pick their choice of the 3 allowable prizes, second will then choose from the remaining two and set the theme for the next bottle share, and lastly, 3rd will receive the remaining gift.
