Orpheus Cans Are Almost Here

Where did you guys have metallic Sykophantes? I'd like to go check out out. I haven't had any that tasted metallic, but at this point I've seen a few people mention it. Metallic flavors are unfortunately some of the hardest to diagnose (lots of possible reasons, and for some reason just occasional kegs instead of whole batches). I always appreciate the feedback. Knowing it's out there is the only way I can actually taste what's happening.

 

I can't believe someone's still serving that...it's old and out of date, but I'm glad it's still good! I don't know if Green's or Hop City ran out, but I know that Hop City gets shipments from our distributor on Mondays, so going there tomorrow would be a safe bet.

 

Finally made it to the brewery on Saturday. I thought the Sykophantes was the best beer. No metallic taste for me. All the beers were great though. It was also cool to check out the barrels.
