OSA BBIMM release

So did BBIMM last until Sunday? Tried to decipher threw the replies in this thread but couldn't come to a conclusion. Just curious because I will be in Saugatuck for Thanksgiving thru Sunday and was thinking about stopping by Oddside later in the afternoon on Friday for Hipster Brunch and was trying to gauge the turnout. I understand it may be different considering it's Black Friday.

 

No way Hipster lasts as long as BBIMM did.

**Edit- unless they enforce a case pp limit or something. Even then it's debatable.

 

There is 3 times as much Hipster as BBIMM. You'll be able to show up the next day and get cases. Don't be worried about it.

 

One of the employees at Odd Side mentioned their having 1000 cases total, and 800 cases left as of about 1:30ish, so I would imagine that yes, there was still some on Sunday.

However, as noted, I wouldn't use the BBIMM release as any kind of a gauge for Hipster Brunch. Edit: or maybe not per @Lazhal . Speaking of which--if anyone goes to the release or next day and is able to #pickitupformebro I would gladly drive up to GH after I get back from being out of town for Thanksgiving to take a case (or less even) off your hands (with fair compensation, of course).

I really, really like BBIMM, but I was stunned to see people carrying out ~$1,000 worth of it. I'm not sure Odd Side expected it to be so crazy either.

 

So if Mayan mocha isn't in my top 5 of pepper stouts (just way too thin for me and wasn't clicking), does the BB imperial version improve it enough that I should try to snag some in distro?

 

The imperial BB is so much better than the regular IMO. Tons more flavor/complexity.
