Been awhile since this 12 pack has been out. I was wondering if anyone has gotten any of the extra beers in the 12 pack and what was the beer that wasn't one of the three advertised? Also, what are the prices generally of this 12 pack? I think there sixers in my area are around $10 so hopefully the box won't be much more than $17.99

I picked up a case for ~40. Sad to say I did not find any of the extra ones. The old chub was really good though.

Not sure what you mean by "extra beers"? As I know it to be it only contains Chub, Mama's Lil' Yellow Pils, and Dale's Pale.
    $17.99 here in Charlotte, NC.

Can't answer your question but the thread title is clever.

I was gonna explain it but figured better to just quote the article...
"And if you happen to find another of our beers, one that’s not “supposed” to be there, in a CANundrum mixed-pack……we just must have gotten mix’d up. #CANUNDRUM"

But i read in another article recently that they a few random boxes got some extra beers in them. I was wondering it was their usual line up, maybe a Gubna goes in or a Ten Fidy which would be an awesome fine or even some of their rarer cans that don't make it far out of Colorado.

Whole Foods in Charlotte had it for 14.99$ over the weekend. Awesome price. I do wish they stuck a couple Ten Fidys in there!!

Thats a damn deal! Is the new brewery open? Wonder if that is driving lower prices.

I think so. I got a 6pk of Dale's the other night and it had NC on it. Canned on 6-28-13. I'll finish the last 2 tonight.

Yeah, that's why the mixed pack is called canundrum. Those marketing guys are genius.

Hell, I thought it was the OPs creation. And my guess is that it's a combo marketing/and whatever else needs to be done guy [or gal].

Poorly devised set. I would never desire two of those beers in the same day. That pils is awful too

You cant go wrong with these 3 GREAT beers. I too was hoping for that "special" beer in my case but didn't get it. I am curious too as to what that "doesn't belong there" beer may be. Hope to hear from some of those who have gotten one. Also I suppose us east coasters will be getting the Brevard, NC brewed OB from now on. Hope that they are randomly sticking some oops beers in their canundrums!

Haven't run into that myself, but that would be a welcome surprise indeed!

Most folks would disagree that an 82 out of 100 is a good way off from aweful. http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/2681/48139

82 for a pils is 90 for an IPA. I did think the mamas pills was lacking something though. Kind of meh.

My post was a drunk post, but the bit about little yella is something I stand by. The only pils I met that has a milky taste to it, truly bush league. Rather drink BMC

It kinda tastes BMC-ish to me. I'd rather get just about any other offering from them than Pils.

It is lacking that pilsner malt profile. Which makes it a terrible pills. I should of just said that to begin with.

These are three fantastic beers. Each of these alone is $12.99/12 pack here, so I haven't and probably won't buy the canundrum for $15.99.

If you think mamas is a terrible pils you don't know the style very well.
